In a market increasingly oriented towards tailor-made solutions, the ability to adapt products and processes to the specific needs of the customer represents a real competitive advantage. This case-history tells how, through a path of listening, analysis and shared development, it was possible to create a project capable of bringing concrete value to the customer, improving operational efficiency and quality of service.
As General Manager Gianluca Tapparini of Alea Ambiente points out, design flexibility and innovation can transform a specific request into a distinctive and measurable result.
To ensure decorum and functionality, we have used masking systems, equipped with locks with exclusive access for the involved end users. These housing units have been designed with a dual objective: to integrate harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and to prevent indiscriminate abandonment.
At the same time, in the historic centres of our municipalities, a need of a different but equally pressing nature has arisen. The small spaces that characterize these contexts often make it impossible to store wheeled bins necessary for all the waste fractions inside. The consequent permanent exposure of the bins on public land was generating situations of aesthetic degradation, favouring improper abandonment and compromising urban decorum.
Also in this case, the answer was the creation of smart housing units specially designed to fit respectfully into the architectural and landscape fabric of our historic villages.
These solutions make it possible to combine operational efficiency and environmental quality: on the one hand, they allow the regular performance of the service even at the most sensitive times, such as at night or in the early hours of the morning, and on the other hand, they restore aesthetic dignity to public spaces, eliminating the visual impact of exposed wheeled bins.
The results obtained represent a concrete example of how innovation, functionality and respect for the landscape can coexist, for the benefit of the entire community".
